Description
In 1983, Wadih Abou Zeid established a small bakery at Hoch el Omara, but it closed shortly after because of the war. After several years, Wadih Abou Zeid’s sons reopened the business and became famous of their manakishs, fatayers and finger food. With the help of their mother, they opened a small restaurant close to the bakery that served many traditional Lebanese dishes in addition to the essential dishes which made the restaurant famous:”Fawaregh & Makadem”. After their success the Abou Zeid brothers decided to relocate the restaurant to it’s actual place in Dhour Zahle where it’s still serving the most refined delicious Lebanese delicacies.
